Our conception of viticulture

Concerned about the quality of our wines and our environment, we control the yields between 30 and 35 hl / ha (the average over the whole vineyard), including the Wine Country.

Our farming methods are "reasonable", that is to say: we leave a natural grass, we enrich the land with organic bio fertilizers and crushing vine shoots. Finally we reduce the salaries of vines minimum passages per year anticipating disease pressure peaks.
